The course is comprised of four modules, each four days long, teaching you how to integrate Imago into the specialized context of your own profession. Upon successful completion of all course requirements you'll become a certified Imago Professional Facilitator.

Part 1

Imago Process with an Individual Person

  • Introduction and basics for Imago Professional Facilitators

Between each training module you are required to videotape counseling sessions, demonstrating how you are applying Imago within your specific occupational area. These tapes will be subject to supervision in each successive training module.

Outline

PROFESSIONAL FACILITATOR SELF DEVELOPMENT*

Pre-Requisites for enrolling:

 

Requierd: Attendance at a “Getting The Love You Want” Weekend Workshop for
Couples with your partner, presented by a certified Imago Workshop for Couples presenter within the last year or at least before module 1 starts.

Registration requirements:
  • Registration form
  • CV and current portrait photo or passport photo (digital)
  • Qualification certification or diploma for your original or accredited profession
  • 2 letters of reference from colleagues or supervisors
  
Training
  • Successful completion of all four parts of the training
  • Presentation of two video tapes demonstrating the use of Imago within your specific occupational profession
  • Written project

Recommended: 10 Imago Therapy sessions (couples 90min/session, singles 50min/session) with a certified Imago Couples Therapist.
The last session should be completed before starting the 4th module.

Process of certification after completion of the course

  • Supervision (recommended)

  • 2 written reports reflecting on your personal and professional use of Imago and how you have progressed

  • Final video recording for certification:
    recording the use of an Imago Method outlined in the written project
    After acceptance of the recording:

  • Certified by IRI

 

Requirements to maintain certification
Commitment to regularly attend advanced Imago trainings, congresses, workshops etc.
