My name is Sissy Walch. I am a teacher,
mediator and psychological kinesiologist and I work with children,
adolescents and parents. I also support educators, teachers and
pedagogues in their work.
Having already sound psychological and pedagogical knowledge,
training as an Imago Professional Facilitator helped me to expand on
this knowledge which now includes Imago methods. The training is
very practically orientated and can be easily adapted which really
helps me in my day-to-day work as I often find myself confronted
with emotionally charged conflicts. Both the method of mirroring
together with the varying Imago dialogues allow for slowing down the
emotionality and also lead to a deeper understanding.
Children and adolescents learn to voice their needs and concerns and
at the same time experience what it means to be actually heard. In
addition they also lean to listen and really understand the other.
It is ok to have opposite points of view. Imago dialogues help
children and adolescents to learn how to treat each other with
appreciation and respect. Therefore there is no more room for
uncontrolled aggression. This has been very helpful for my
professional life.
Of course also parents, teacher and educators benefit from the use
of Imago dialogues. They too have an opportunity to express their
needs and wishes in a peaceful setting. This allows for positive
communication based on appreciation and respect.
Since using Imago both professionally and in my private life, I have
noticed that I am more open and attentive towards others. I am more
relaxed in my dialogues even if the topics are emotionally charged.
Appreciative Imago communication enhances every relationship.

My name is Ernst Moispointner. I am a
Management Consultant, Trainer and Business Coach from Vienna.
During my training as an Imago Professional Facilitator I experienced
and was introduced to the profound and practical Imago methods
developed to counsel individuals, partners and groups. Through those
methods I was able to expand and deepen my attentive and respectful
Imago attitude. The Imago spirit allows for a real connection with
other people.
My clients really benefit from using the Imago Dialogue in my work
as a business coach. As a consultant and trainer I use elements of
the Imago Dialogue both for choreographing and leading sessions and
trainings. Since I’ve started using Imago methods there has been a
noticeable change within the participants towards each other, they
are now more attentive, appreciative and supportive. The Imago
Professional Facilitator training also had a profound effect on my
relationship. For that alone it was worth participating in the
course. We benefit from continued growth and healing together and
have developed a new closeness and connection that really enriches
our relationship of 30 years. Our attitude towards each other has
become more supportive, peaceful, joyful and a lot more alive.

My name is Birgit Hold. I work as a Massage
Therapist, Fasting Instructor and certified Experiential Outdoor
Educator with my own practice in Lower Austria.
During my training as an Imago Professional
Facilitator I have deepened
my understanding of Imago, which was achieved through the very
practical Imago methods for individuals, couples and groups.
I use mirroring - especially in conversations with patients - and
the Imago Dialogue as a way of monitoring process with individuals
and groups. This enables my patients to gain a better understanding
of their own situation and helps them to express their needs, often
for the first time.
Imago has become an essential part of my life and my desire for
mindful, understanding and joyful relationships

My name is Peter Hold. I work for a
pharmaceutical company and I am responsible for the sector
Production and Technology.
My training as an Imago Professional Facilitator allowed me to gain a
better self-awareness, which enabled me to successfully use the
Imago methods in the dialogue with individuals, couples and groups.
This became evident in good and productive team meetings, led in a
respectful manner. As a team leader, I was able to defuse conflicts
and communicate with my colleagues in a mutually appreciative way.
The Imago Professional Facilitator training also had a very positive
effect on my private life. I feel more balanced and calm and I very
much appreciate the conversations with my grown up daughters and my
friends. In my relationship, Imago has become a guide that has made
our development as a couple more exciting and alive as well as more
loving and understanding. |
